Abstract Submission (Extended Abstract)

For the initial evaluation of your work by the Scientific Committee, an extended abstract (500–600 words) is required, using the conference's dedicated single-column template.

  • Describes the problem, methodology and results
  • No extensive references or complex mathematics
  • 3 to 5 keywords

Notification of Acceptance

Authors are notified by the Scientific Committee of the acceptance of their abstract.

Full Paper Submission

The full paper strictly follows the official IEEE formatting template (double-column layout, 4–6 pages) and is submitted in PDF format.

  • 4 to 6 pages, IEEE double-column layout
  • Submission in PDF format
  • Use of the official template (Word or LaTeX)
  • Numbered references [1], [2], …

Submission via Microsoft CMT

All paper submissions for the conference are managed exclusively through the Microsoft CMT (Conference Management Toolkit) system.

The Microsoft CMT submission link will be available shortly.
Important: There is no alternative submission method (e.g. email, Google Form, Moodle). Submission is handled exclusively through Microsoft CMT and requires a CMT account.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
